This is a space to step out of the noise of daily life and into a guided experience of rest. Each ceremony is thoughtfully brought into your chosen environment, transforming it into a calm, supportive setting where sound becomes a tool for grounding, release, and emotional ease. You are not asked to perform or participate in any particular way—only to arrive as you are.

Each ceremony is guided with care and intention, using crystal singing bowls, a quartz pyramid, and therapeutic sound instruments to create a steady, restorative sound environment.

The session includes intention setting, personal affirmation card reading, aura cleansing with palo santo, guided meditation and after the sound healing portion there will be a sharing circle for gentle integration. As the sound unfolds, many people experience a gradual softening in the body, a quieter mind, and a deeper sense of presence and ease. This is a supportive environment designed to help you slow down, release accumulated stress, and reconnect with yourself. Optional enhancements are available to deepen your ceremony experience, including tuning fork therapy, oracle readings, floral design, and ritual enhancements to deepen your healing experience.

Rather than a fixed routine, the sound work is responsive—supporting areas of tension, stress, or energetic fatigue so your system can naturally settle and regulate. This approach allows each ceremony to feel personal, intentional, and deeply attuned to you.

• Setup and breakdown included

• Space must comfortably accommodate guests and instruments

• Travel beyond Gold Beach available upon request and additional fees apply

• Custom group experiences available

• All logistics are confirmed prior to your scheduled ceremony to ensure a smooth and supported experience. 

• Payment in full is required to secure your ceremony date so Sara can energetically begin preparations.
