Sound healing is an invitation to pause, breathe, and simply receive. During a Saranity ceremony, the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and crystal pyramids fill the space, creating an immersive sound journey designed to encourage deep relaxation, stillness, and mindful connection.

Community Sound Healing Events
Gather with the community for an immersive experience that goes beyond a traditional sound bath. Begin by setting an intention through guided mediation before a 60 minute sound journey and receive a personal affirmation card, and connect with a sharing circle. Held in beautiful locations along the Southern Oregon Coast, each ceremony weaves mediation, sound, ritual, and connection into a meaningful space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. During the colder months indoor locations will announced.

Saranity LLC was founded by certified sound healer, Sara Romero. Sara has designed a sound healing ceremony incorporating healing modalities such as quartz singing bowls, quartz singing pyramid, tuning forks, affirmations, oracle card readings, aura cleansing with Palo Santo, and meditation to facilitate deep relaxation. By allowing our bodies a respite from the chaos of daily life, we can guide our minds towards a state of inner tranquility. Sara creates a serene environment using frequencies that help to foster emotional healing and whole-body wellness. The healing instruments are tuned to frequencies that effect the energy centers in the body. These chakras have specific functions and when energy is stagnated within them certain aliments begin wreaking havoc on our bodies. It is important that our chakras function properly to support our individual wellness.
